How do I join My Green Solution?

In order to setup an account, the applicant must be 19 years of age or older. A verification process is required to confirm the applicant’s age. You will need a Canadian government issued photo ID for this process. Your account will be activated once we have verified you are of legal age.

How do I place an order?

You can select your item(s) from our product page by clicking on the item and entering the amount you would like to purchase.  Your item will then be saved into your shopping cart.  Once you have completed your shopping, click on the shopping cart to proceed to checkout.  After we receive your order, an email will be sent to you with payment instructions for Interac E-transfer.

Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive the email.

What is my minimum and maximum order?

A single order must be between $50.00 CAD to $2000.00 CAD. Multiple orders can be placed should you exceed the limit.

How do I pay for my order?
1. We currently only accept Interac E-transfer. Interac E-transfer is a fast, safe and secure way of making payments without having to share your banking information. It can be easily set up with any financial institutions and instructions will be emailed to you once you have completed your purchase.
2. There will be no refund for all orders that has been processed (payment that has been accepted) ; however we are able to give you a store credit of the exact amount that was sent. The store credit will not have an expiry date, please email us if you have further questions. [email protected]
How much does it cost to have my signature included upon delivery?

To ensure the package is delivered to the purchaser, we recommend adding the signature feature for $2.00.

Can my package be sent without a signature?

Please make a note after you place your order that you require a no signature package, this way your package will not require your signature upon arrival.

If you chose this option, please be-aware that we are not liable for any losses or missing packages once it leaves our post office.

How long until my order gets delivered and when do I receive my tracking information?

Packages are generally received between 1-3 business days, it may take couple extra days if you are located in a remote area; if the orders and payments are completed by 11:59pm PST. We ship with Canada Post XpressPost.   You will then be able to track the delivery status online.

Do you offer insured shipping?

We offer the option to add on more protection on your package at an additional cost. This option will also require a signature at time of delivery.

Can you guarantee my package will get delivered to me?

All cases of substandard product need to be reported within one week after delivery. Each problem will be evaluated on a case by case basis and a decision shortly follow. Please be prepared to provide enough evidence to make a claim.

I have received defective product. What next?

It is out of our control if packages get lost by the shipping company; however in the case that this does happen, we will look into tracking down the package which may take up to 5 business days. Please ensure that you are inputting the correct address when checking out to avoid any delays. Depending on the situation, we may resend a replacement package to you but we can assure you that we will handle the situation accordingly.

How will my package look?

To ensure your privacy, all orders will be packed in vacuum sealed, odour proof bags. The package will not have any labels in relation to our company to further protect your privacy.

How will my package be delivered?

We ship with XpressPost via Canada Post. 1-3 business days

I haven't received my package?

Should the package be delivered while you’re not home, a slip will be left by Canada Post with the nearest post office location for pick up.

What is FlexDelivery?

We suggest you sign up for FlexDelivery on the Canada Post website, if you prefer to have your package delivered to a post office rather than your home. FlexDelivery allows you to select a post office convenient to you.

What is your return policy?

As a safety precaution for all our customers, all sales are final and we apologize for any inconvenience.

My package is missing an item

If you received an item you did not purchase or find that your order is missing an item, please contact us and we will ship your missing item to you as soon as possible with no shipping fee.

Can I refer a friend?

Your referrals are our greatest compliments; we thank you for trusting us to provide your family and friends with a safe and secure experience.  To refer a friend, you must:

  1. Go into your account dashboard
  2. You will find a tab called “Refer a Friend”
  3. You will be provided a link that you can copy and send to your friends to use

Flat shipping rates within Canada is $22.50 CAD

Do I need an ACMPR, MMPR, MMAR license, a doctor's note or prescription to shop at your site? How is this legal?

We recommend you to get a prescription from a doctor before consuming any form of cannabis. Anyone with a medical condition can now apply for a license with Health Canada after receiving a prescription from a doctor. However, our company does not require this information because as an adult, it is your decision to use cannabis recreationally or medicinally.

How do I change my shipping address?

Shipping address will automatically be assumed as the billing address.

If you would like to change it, please do the following:

  2. Scroll down to “Shipping Address” and put in your desired location
  3. Please contact us via email of these changes as soon as possible
How do I change my personal information

Click on My Account and edit your information and then hit Save Changes when you are finished.

How do I apply a Promo Code?

There will be an option to enter promo codes at the cart & checkout page.

How long do I have to purchase my saved items in my shopping cart?

The items you saved will always be in the cart but we cannot guarantee it’ll be in stock.

How long do I have to send my payment after I've placed my order?

We will gladly hold your order for 24 hours before cancelling it.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, we do!  Email us about the affiliate program to get started.  We will gladly pay for any referrals from your website, social media or blog.  Every time someone clicks on the link and makes a purchase with us, we will offer you 5% cash on all their purchases before tax.

May I suggest a product?

If the product you are looking for is not available on our site, please let us know. We will do our best to accomodate you.

Do you do competitive price matching?

We will match any lower price if the product comes from the same manufacturer and if the product is not on a promotional deal. Email us with the name of the other website and we will verify the price of the product.

What happens if the flower I ordered ends up being out of stock by the time the order is packed?

If we run out of the flower you have purchased, we will email you offering credit or to see if we can interest you in another strain. If we do not hear back from you by the time the driver leaves with the packages, we will make a judgement call and provide you with a similar grade and strain.

What if I am missing an item?

We also double check your order for items that are suppose to be in your order.
We always accurately weigh our items before we ship as well. If you feel like your item was not weighed out properly. We will do the best we can to replace your item however, there will be a few steps to qualify for this.

  • Please take a picture of the package without the seal open
    • If the vacuum seal is open, we will not be doing any replacement packages.
